Financial Review: Africa Fires Expectation for Gas Explorers

In recent weeks there have been important developments regarding two ASX-listed oil and gas explorers with assets in overseas regions. One is Challenger Energy, a microcap that generally flies well below the radar.

Karoon Gas Australia was the other company to deliver promising news, and while its shares spiked some 15 per cent last week they are still trading about 50 per cent below 2013 levels when the group was last in favour.
