The Australian: AJ Lucas to raise $15m for UK gas project
AJ Lucas is seeking to raise $15 million to help finance a shale-gas exploration campaign in Britain by Cuadrilla Resources Holdings, in which it has a 42 per cent stake.
The raising, managed by Sydney-based Gleneagle Securities, is being conducted at $1.55 a share, representing a 6.1 per cent discount to the stock's last-traded price of $1.65.
