“I am truly sorry the previous government failed the South Stream [gas pipeline] project for we could have realised it,” said Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, speaking Friday at the inauguration of a high pressure gas pipeline and an automatic gas regulation station in Silistra, Northeast Bulgaria, FOCUS News Agency reported.
