Bottled gas is one energy lever the government can pull. Once upon a time, Eskom had a good idea. No, it had an excellent idea. Honest. The trouble is it killed this idea soon after it was put into action. Nobody knows why. Some suspect it had to do with higher priorities like finding the money to pay annual management bonuses.
