FOCUS: Until EU and Russia settle legal issues about South Stream project, Bulgaria should not risk beginning its construction: ex-minister

Bulgaria should not risk with the construction of South Steam gas pipeline project until the EU and Russia settle the legal issues. That is what former minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Delyan Dobrev said for Radio FOCUS.

“There is no legal security for the construction of the gas pipeline, and from the other side Bulgaria has already gave the first 191 million for funding the project by the end of 2013,” Dobrev said.  MORE
