Focus: Bulgarian govt plans to sign South Stream agreement on Nov 9: PM

The Bulgarian government plans to sign an agreement about South Stream project on 9 November, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov said in an interview with ITAR-TASS and Rossiya 24 television.
