China Leason, Longmen Hui Cheng Plan to Exploit CBM Resources

China Leason CBM & Shale Gas Group announced that it has entered into a framework agreement on co-operation with Longmen Hui Cheng Investment Limited in the Chinese coal bed methane sector.

Longmen Hui Cheng owns coalbed methane gas resources in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, China Leason said.

China Leason CBM & Shale Gas Group hopes to form a vertically integrated alliance to cover all the upstream, midstream and downstream areas in the coalbed methane gas value chain which would be beneficial to both parties.

China Leason said that the negotiation are in a preliminary stage.
