China's March Gas Consumption Up
China’s natural gas consumption in March saw a robust growth as the country’s focus on tackling air pollution remained on track.
Asia’s biggest economy consumed 24.37bn m3 of natural gas last month, up 11.5% year-on-year, data published by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) April 30 showed.
In March, China’s natural gas production was 15.1bn m3, an increase of 9.8% over the same period of last year, according to NDRC data.
