Pressure has been mounting on an energy company to say how they will deal with pollution if permission to extract coal bed gas methane is granted near a farm.
Dart Energy, has applied to test drill for underground gas at a field near Commonwood Farm in Borras, Wrexham.
But underground gas extraction has been shrouded in controversy with opponents claiming it can pollute water courses impact the environment and lead to health problems for people living nearby.
This has been denied by companies involved who claim there is no evidence to back that up.
