EBRD Names New Energy Chief
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said January 24 that Nandita Parshad has been appointed as new managing director of its energy and natural resources division, effective the start of 2017.
The division invests over €2bn a year, about a quarter of EBRD's annual lending, and has a current €10bn-plus portfolio. She was previously director of EBRD's power and energy team where she oversaw an expansion of lending to renewable projects
She replaces Riccardo Puliti who has moved to the World Bank to head its energy and extractive resources global practice.
