Enel Signs Scientific Partnership with Politecnico di Milano

Italy’s Enel signed a framework agreement for a scientific partnership with Politecnico di Milano, paving the way to joint national and international projects.

“The whole world of energy is undergoing a profound process of transformation, imposing new business models that give customers an active role”, Fulvio Conti, Enel CEO and General Manager, stated in a note released on Tuesday. 

According to the two-year agreement, Enel and Milan’s polytechnic university will join forces in the smart grid development and energy-efficiency, as well as on technological and other specialist studies.
