National Journal: EPA expected to release preliminary HF report this week

The Environmental Protection Agency is expected to release a preliminary progress report by week’s end on its study about what impact hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking,” has on drinking-water quality. EPA isn’t expected to release the full study, which Congress requested in 2010, until 2014, and the report planned for release this week will offer little in the way of actual results and details.  MORE
