First sales for Ukrainian Naftogaz Trading

Ukrainian state company Naftogaz Trading, a new structure for selling gas to industrial users, executed its first gas trades on October 12, it said a week later. Gas deliveries have been made under all its contracts. The gas price can change several times a day depending on price movements on European hubs and the exchange rate fluctuations of the hryvnia.

"This new  model is a flexible and convenient for the seller and consumer alike. It will help the Ukrainian gas market to develop and to reach world standards," said Naftogaz.
