We will overcome the infringement procedures the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB) left us as inheritance," Economy and Energy Minister, Dragomir Stoynev, said speaking when asked what an EU pilot meant and how this would affect the South Stream gas pipeline, FOCUS News Agency reported.
In his words, this is a procedure based on complaints filed by citizens and firms to the European Commission followed by exchange of information about the complaints between the European Commission and the EU member states.
The Minister explained there had been 20 such EU pilots concerning exchange of information since 2010.
