Lancashire Evening Post: Fracking meeting held

Action group Ribble Estuary Against Fracking (REAF) are hosting a public information day tomorrow.

The event in Hesketh Bank will raise awareness about the impacts of hydraulic fracturing in Lancashire.

Cuadrilla Resources have submitted plans to extend their operations at their site in Becconsall, West Lancashire, and have plans to drill near St Annes. Residents have until October 15 to comment on the plans.  MORE
