FueLNG, Shell conduct 1st SIMOPS LNG bunkering in SE Asia

FueLNG, in collaboration with Japanese shipping major NYK Line and energy company Shell, successfully executed Southeast Asia's inaugural simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) LNG bunkering for car carriers, FueLNG announced on August 17 via a LinkedIn post.

This event took place on August 16 at the PSA Asia Automobile Terminal in Singapore, involving the FueLNG Bellina bunkering vessel and NYK's Jasmine Leader, one of the world’s largest pure car and truck carrier (PCTC) vessels. FueLNG Bellina, is Singapore's first LNG bunker vessel

SIMOPS represents an approach that combines bunkering activities with cargo handling, leading to a seamlessly coordinated and highly efficient port call, FueLNG said.
