Gazprom Sees Stable Export Revenues in 5M-2019

Gazprom generated $20.12bn in revenues from natural gas exports in January to May of this year, according to Russia’s federal customs service (FCS), marking a slight decline on the $20.3bn it earned in the corresponding period of 2018.

Supply volumes dipped 4.5% year on year, totalling 93.4bn m³ in the five-month period. Gazprom’s exports performed better in 2018, when full-year revenues soared 28.8% to $40.15bn, on the back of higher prices and a 5% growth in volumes to 220.6bn m³.
