Dow Jones: Gazprom: South Stream Final Investment Decisions Agreed

Russia's state-run gas giant Gazprom said Thursday that the final investment decisions regarding the South Stream gas pipeline to Europe have all been agreed.

Deals have already been signed with Serbia and Hungary, said Leonid Chuganov, head of Gazprom's project management department.

Agreements have been reached with Bulgaria and Slovenia and on the offshore section of the project and will be signed soon, he said.

Gazprom chief Alexei Miller was expected in Sofia on Friday to sign the South Stream investment agreement, officials in Bulgaria said.  MORE
