Miller: Gazprom transfers $2bn advance to Naftogaz for gas transit

Gazprom has already transferred to Ukraine an advance for the transit of gas worth USD 2 billion, and it [Ukraine - ed.] speeded up gas pumping into its underground storages, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller told the press on Wednesday, UKRINFORM reported citing RIA Novosti.

"We have transferred USD 2 billion, they have already increased gas pumping into UGS. And I think very soon we will have a meeting with minister Yuriy Boiko and Naftogaz CEO Bakulin to openly discuss the way they will ensure gas pumping into UGS," Miller said.  MORE
