Tim is Head of Division for the WEO at IEA. Before joining the IEA, he was senior advisor to the Secretary General of the Energy Charter in Brussels. He has ten years of experience in Eastern Europe, primarily in Russia and in Ukraine. He graduated from Oxford University and has a post-graduate diploma from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
