Green Dragon Gas Sees Jump in Gas Output

China focused coal bed methane player Green Dragon Gas has seen a 60.15% rise in gas output in the first nine months of 2013 to 2.05 Bcf.

Gas production in third quarter of 2013 was 711 MMcf (20.15 million cubic meters), representing a 2% increase on second quarter of 2013.

At the end of the third quarter 2013, the total number of wells drilled by the Company consisted of 68 LiFaBriC wells across all blocks, a 33.3% yoy increase, two lateral wells and 235 vertical wells.

Total volume sales for the first nine months of 2013 stood at 1.11 Bcf, a 109% yoy increase.
