Henry Hub dips after last week’s rally

The US price for natural gas dipped early in the November 22 session following a 5.7% gain during the previous week.

The December gas delivery contract at the US Henry Hub was down 3.4% as of 12:26 GMT to trade at $4.89/mn Btu. It finished the week ending November 19 up 5.7% to $5.07/mn Btu.

The National Weather Service reported that most of the Lower 48 states in the country “will be devoid of hazards” during the first half of the week. The trading week is shortened by the Thanksgiving holiday in the US on November 25. The December contract expires November 26.
