Hydrogen Europe appoints CEO
Industry association Hydrogen Europe has appointed Jorgo Chatzimarkakis as its CEO, the company said on August 25. Chatzimarkakis has served as the group's secretary general since 2016.
"The Hydrogen Europe board of directors is committed to accelerate the operations and the scope of our association and are now formalising the roles and responsibilities across the association including Jorgo as the CEO," Hydrogen Europe said on August 25. "This comes at a very timely moment as the recently published IPCC report urges us to implement and deliver even faster."
