Indian gas output up 6% in May

India’s natural gas production in May was 2.91bn m3, up 6.35% year/year, the government said on June 17 in a statement.

State-run ONGC was the biggest producer last month with an output of 1.74bn m3, up 6% yr/yr. India's gas output in the April-May or the first two months of the Indian financial year 2022-2023 (FY23) was 5.74bn m3, up 6.48% yr/yr.
