BBC: Is Ineos Grangemouth ready for shale gas?
One year on from the industrial dispute that engulfed the Grangemouth petrochemical plant its owners Ineos say radical changes are on target and on budget.
In October 2013 it looked as though the entire site would be closed and hundreds of workers laid off after members of the Unite union rejected a survival plan.
In the end, both sides gave ground meaning the plant and its workforce were saved.
How do things look now? BBC Scotland's business correspondent David Henderson has been given exclusive access to the site to find out how it is being converted to use shale gas from America.
