Kyrgyzgas to Buy Gas from Uztransgaz
Kyrgyzgas has signed an agreement to purchase natural gas from Uztransgaz of Uzbekistan for the first quarter of 2014, local news agency 24.kg reported citing a press note by Kyrgyzgas.
The Kyrgyz firm will buy 25 million cubic meters of natural gas for in the first quarter at $ 290 per thousand cubic meters.
The company also has an agreement with KazTransGas on supply of 100 million cubic meters of gas in the first quarter of 2014 for $224 per thousand cubic meters, added 24.kg.
At the moment, all the necessary procedures on reconciliation of agreement with KazTransGas are being carried out, the news agency said.
