Libya Herald: New Offshore Gas Discovery Announced by NOC

Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the operator ENI North Africa Libya, the foreign partner in an Exploration Production and Sharing Agreement (EPSA) in contract area D (NC41) signed in June 2008, have announced a new gas discovery in the contract area located in the Sabrata Basin, located offshore.
