Medco, Kogas Sign CBM Deal

Medco Energi CBM Indonesia has inked a deal with Korea Gas Corp. to develop coal bed methane projects in Indonesia's Sumatra region.

The Indonesia energy firm has three PSCs for coal bed methane in South Sumatra region of the country. They are Sekayu, Muralim, and Lematang blocks.

The company plans to produce electricity using CBM gas.
