RBTH: Russian, UK energy ministers discuss potential construction of third, fourth Nord Stream strings

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and UK Minister of State for Energy and Business and Enterprise Michael Fallon have discussed Russian-UK interaction in the potential construction of the third and fourth strings of the Nord Stream gas pipeline, the Russian Energy Ministry said in a statement.

In order to move towards concrete steps to develop pipeline infrastructure, negotiations need to be held at a corporate level, and their results need to be enshrined in long-term fuel supply contracts, Novak said.  MORE
