MND Group Sells Pakistan, Yemen Assets to PPL

MND Group, a member of the KKCG investment group, has sold its subsidiary MND Exploration & Production Limited to Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL).

PPL is now the owner of all assets formerly held by MND in Pakistan and Yemen.

MND E&P owns working interest in the production licence of Sawan, one of the largest gas fields in Pakistan, working interests in three exploration licences (Harnai, Ziarat and Barkhan) in the Baluchistan providence of Pakistan as well as the working interest in the Block 3 exploration license in Yemen.

KKCG SE is one of the largest privately owned groups in the Czech Republic.
