Nord Stream Back Online After Maintenance
The two strings of Russia's 55bn m3/yr Nord Stream gas pipeline to Germany have returned to full flow capacity, its operator said on July 26, following 12 days of scheduled annual maintenance.
The maintenance activities, which began on July 14, were closely coordinated with Nord Stream's upstream and downstream partners, the Nord Stream operating company said. Russia's Gazprom has a 51% interest in Nord Stream, while Germany's Wintershall Dea and E.ON each have shares of 15.5%, and the Netherlands' Gasunie and France's Engie, stakes of 9% apiece.
