Norwegian Gas Output Up - Level with 2015
Norway’s gas production in October 2016 reached 10.8bn m3, an increase of 71% (or 4.5bn m3) over the previous month’s, according to provisional data released by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate November 18.
October’s gas production however was broadly in line with the year-ago figure.

Norway typically produces more gas during the autumn and winter months than during 2Q and 3Q.
Norway’s liquids production in October 2016 of 2.099mn b/d oil, NGLs and condensate was up roughly 30% compared to September.
NPD’s announcement also gave provisional January-October 2016 total petroleum production (liquids and gas), up 1% year on year.
