Austrian international energy company OMV has sold its subsidiary retailer in Croatia.
OMV Hrvatska is being sold to Crodux, a member of the Croatian Crodux Plin group. Hrvatska is a 100%-owned subsidiary of OMV Refining & Marketing GmbH, and the sale marks OMV's exit from the marketing sector after 20 years in Croatia.
In a company statement, OMV said Crodux will take over all 63 employees and 62 filling stations as well as the headquarters premises in the Croatian capital, Zagreb.
