Petrofac scores North sea contract with Shell unit
UK oilfield services provider Petrofac announced on July 14 it had secured a three-year contract from Shell-owned ONEgas for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services.
The deal, which comes with two one-year extension options, will build on a previous framework agreement, Petrofac said. It will cover EPC services across ONEgas' portfolio in the gas-prone south North Sea, including the Clipper South and Leman Alpha installations and the Bacton terminal in the UK, while also supporting the ONEgas Barge campaigns.
