Petronet's New Kochi Terminal Gets First LNG Cargo
Petronet LNG’s brand new LNG terminal at Kochi in Indian state of Kerala has received its first cargo, according to news agency IANS.
Technical director, Rajinder Singh told media here that the first cargo has come and is waiting in the outer sea and it would be off-loaded at the terminal very soon.
The ship has come with a load of 100,000 cubic metres of LNG from RasGas, IANS reported.
The Kochi terminal is Greenfield LNG Regasification terminal with a capacity of five million metric tonnes per annum.
