Red Sky To Provide Additional Information to Authorities Regarding Talma Pilot Well

Red Sky Energy has been asked to supply additional information to the New South Wales authorities pertaining to its application for regulatory approval for the Talma pilot well, the company said in a statement Wednesday.

The company had submitted application for regulatory approval in November last year. 

A revised application has been submitted and a decision can be expected within one month. 

The company plans to drill the Talma pilot production well within the new Kangaroo Creek Sandstone discovery area and perform a long term production test to determine the magnitude of the resource.

Red Sky announced a significant new discovery in Kangaroo Creek sandstone in the Clarence Moreton Basin last year.

Red Sky Energy is an exploration company focused on coal seam gas (CSG) with highly prospective exploration acreage positions within the Clarence Moreton Basin in New South Wales and the Eromanga Basin in Queensland.
