Russia's Novatek may delay start of Arctic LNG-2 to early 2024

MOSCOW, June 15 (Reuters) - Russia's Novatek plans to start operations at its Arctic LNG 2 plant in the end of 2023 or early 2024, TASS news agency cited a senior manager at the company as saying on Thursday.

Novatek had previously planned to start operations at the first leg of the plant at the end of this year. Arctic LNG 2's planned capacity stands at 19.8 million tonnes per year. (Reporting by Vladimir Soldatkin; Editing by Jan Harvey)
