Sacyr offloads 3% stake in Repsol: press
Spanish construction firm Sacyr has sold its entire 2.96% stake in the country's main oil company Repsol, Reuters reported on June 6.
The interest was worth €695mn ($747mn) at market close on June 3, according to Refinitiv. It was sold on the market during the past weeks, Reuters said, citing a Repsol spokesperson.

Repsol also said it had cleared a €563mn financial debt related to derivatives on the shares.
