Saudi Aramco Finds Two New Oil, Gas Fields: Press
State-run Saudi Aramco has discovered two new oil and gas fields in the northern region of the country, state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on August 30 quoting Saudi Arabian energy minister Abdul Aziz bin Salman.
The minister said the gas has started flowing from Hadabat Al-Hajara field near the Iraqi border at an average rate of 16mn ft3/day, in addition to 1,944 barrels of condensates. At Abraq al-Toloul, crude oil has started flowing at the rate of 3,189 b/d, along with 1.1mn ft3/day, SPA said.
