Shaanxi-Beijing Pipelines Transport Record Gas in 2019

Chinese state-run CNPC’s four Shaanxi-Beijing gas pipelines supplied more than 50bn m3 of natural gas for the first time in 2019, CNPC said January 9 in a statement.

The pipelines transported a record 51.85bn m3 of natural gas last year compared with 49.4bn m3 in 2018, the company said. Since the Shaanxi-Beijing pipeline system was put into operation, more than 400bn m3 of natural gas has been delivered to Beijing and the areas along the pipeline, CNPC added.
