Sweden Too Opposes IP Pipeline Project

Sweden has joined US in opposing the Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline project increasing the chorus against the ambitious project.

The Scandinavian nation has not only opposed the Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline but has said that TAPI pipeline Project may also not be viable.

Recently, the IP project hit a snag when a consortium led by the Chinese bank expressed its inability to arrange funds for the  project.

However, Pakistan has said that the country would be able to arrange sufficient funds to complete the project.
