JTW: Switzerland Helps Albania Build Gas Market

Switzerland has granted Albania 6.6 million euro to build up its infrastructure so that it can 'reap the benefits' of the new Trans Adriatic Pipeline running from Turkey to Italy.

Beatrice Maser, director at the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs told BIRN that Switzerland was offering Albania a grant to help it “reap the full benefits of the TAP”, the Trans Adriatic Pipeline.
