African Mining: Tlou Energy Enters into a Gas Sales Agreement

Tlou Energy Limited has entered into a Gas Sales Co-operation Agreement with CNG Holdings (Pty) Ltd. 
 
The Gas Sales Co-operation Agreement provides a framework for the sale of gas for power generation and to industrial customers through compressed natural gas.
