The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expects that a product sharing agreement (PSA) on the Skifska oil and gas field on the Black Sea Shelf by August 2013, Ecology and Natural Resources Minister of Ukraine Oleh Proskuriakov told reporters in Kyiv on Wednesday.

In August 2012, the Ukrainian Government had awarded the offshore Skifska block to the group of investors led by ExxonMobil and including Shell, OMV Petrom and the Nadra Ukrayny national joint-stock company.
