Inter-governmental agreements for construction of the South Stream gas pipeline can be annulled only on agreement by the parties. No unilateral termination is possible, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 television news channel on Friday. 

”No one can change inter-governmental agreements with countries through which the South Stream project is supposed to run. It is necessary to have the consent of the two parties,” Novak explained. MORE
