Vitol To Offtake from Serinus in Romania
Jersey-listed Serinus Energy said December 24 it has signed a gas sales agreement with Swiss trader Vitol for its Romanian output.
The contract is for the supply of its forthcoming modest gas production, not required to be sold on a centralised market, from the Moftinu Gas Project in Romania. The term of this agreement will be from the start of production until the end of the following gas year.

It calls for the gas pricing linked to an average of transactions concluded on the centralised markets of Romania, and provides for flexibility in monthly nomination quantities.
