Westside Sees Significant Rise in CSG Reserves
Westside Corporation has seen a significant rise in its total proved, probable and possible (3P) coal seam gas reserves.
Total proved, probable and possible have increased by 96 per cent to 725 petajoules with potential to convert these into proved and probable (2P) reserves.
Westside also recorded a 17% increase in 2P reserves to 258 petajoules while proved reserves were up 86% to 6.5 petajoules.
The company added its field development plan had been advanced to account for the exploitation of reserves across a wider area to capture the full potential of additional future gas sales.
The reserves increase confirms WestSide’s position among Australia’s top three listed junior Coal Seam Gas companies in terms of 2P and 3P reserves, whilst it has the largest gas production for an ASX-listed junior Coal Seam Gas producer.
