Baker Hughes inks deal to supply subsea systems to Chevron Australia
Baker Hughes, an oilfield services company, has secured a 20-year framework agreement with Chevron Australia, it said on December 12.
The agreement stipulates that Baker Hughes will provide its Aptara subsea production systems for Chevron Australia's upcoming offshore development projects.
According to Basker Hughes, the Aptara suite, an array of subsea equipment including subsea trees, wellheads, control systems and more, offers adaptable, lightweight and compact Totex-lite subsea systems to meet the industry’s demands.
The agreement will see Baker Hughes consolidate regional deliveries of its 7” Aptara subsea production systems.
