CBM Asia Plans Small LNG Facilities in Indonesia
CBM Asia Development Corp is in discussion with engineering companies on the possible deployment of small scale LNG facilities of 250,000 tons per annum in Indonesia.
The Canada based firm plans to supply to regional power and trading companies, Indonesia Today reported.
The company said coal bed methane supplies from BP's Sanga-Sanga PSC to existing large facilities such as Bontang LNG plant has been ongoing since March 2011.
CBM Asia currently has working interests in South Sekayu (26%), Central Hulu (70%), Kutai-West (18%), and Kutai Besar (70%). The company also owns 80% interest in Barito Kuala Kapuas I PSC and in the process of arbitration on Kutai II block.
