Cue Energy Resources Spuds Naga Utara-1 Well in Indonesia
Australia's Cue Energy Resources’ Naga Utara-1 well was spudded on 5th January, 2012.
The well is located within the Mahakam Hilir PSC in the Kutei Basin, Indonesia. SPC Mahakam Hilir Pte Ltd, owner of 60% working interest, is operator of the block.
It is proposed to drill to a total depth of 5500 ft measured depth and is expected to take approximately 30 days to complete including production testing as required.
The Naga Utara, a gas prospect, is situated adjacent to the Sambutan gas field, which currently produces approximately 10 MMCFD.
